I joined this gym with great hesitation at the opening, I was used to a commercial gym and was biased against 'CrossFit'. But, within a month of starting, I was hooked. The owner Tom has created an absolutely amazing community of like minded people with camaraderie that is 2nd to none. I can't imagine training anywhere else.
I have been a member there now for over 2 years and they have helped me improve in my physical fitness and also my mental strength by creating a fun and safe environment to be involved with. Every single person who has stepped foot inside of the gym has been welcomed by the coaches but also the other members who make it enjoyable to work out together.
Since becoming a member at Rip Training Cessnock I have not only physically improved in all aspects of strength but also seen a positive change in my Mental Health as well, this is all thanks to the great members and supportive coaches at team Rip.
