Class schedule


Classic CrossFit group classes that centre around constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. All classes are 1 hour and fully coached.

Kids classes

Our kids classes focus on teaching the basics of movement and making training fun! Kids classes are for children aged 6-12 and run for 45 minutes.

Teens classes

Our Teens classes aim to teach teenagers how to move and train properly with the goal of setting them up with the knowledge on how to properly execute all movements and train properly for sport and life.
